The scalp and the hair care

The scalp and its treatment
The skin on the scalp is similar to that of the skin on our body. Therefore it must be maintained healthy to guarantee healthy hair growth. If the dead skin cells on the hair is not removed by cleaning the hair regularly then the toxins that is being released from the skin such as viruses, bacteria and other chemicals may create adverse infections on the scalp.All the scalp disorders cannot be considered as bacterial infections. There are certain procedures to diagonise them correctly. Dandruff are a kind of bacterial infection but they can affet the external hair itself. Sebum is a gland secreted by human skin that protects the hair and scalp and it also slows down the growth of microorganisms.
